Wataco's Member Card

All of our customers can apply to become a Wataco member and receive a unique member card, which grants them multiple benefits.



Wataco Points

Wataco Points are given to our members when they use our services. As a member, you get 1 free point for every $10 spent with us, which is equivalent to $1. These points, stored on your Wataco Card, can then be used to pay for future services.

Upon payment, our staff will notify you of the amount of points there is on your card. You can use them to pay a part or the total of the fees. If you decide to pay in cash, you will earn points that will add up to those you already have.

- No points are earned when paying with points.
- Points do not expire and there is no limit on the amount of points you can get.
- It is not possible to transfer points from a card to another.
- You cannot use points on an already paid bill.
- Points are earned after payment.


Billing options

Like every customers, members can pay for our services right away.
However, as a member, you can also choose to add the fees to your account and just pay later, without any fee or interest!

Remember though that Wataco Points are only earned upon payment.


Special offers and promotions

Our members can benefit from all of our special offers and promotions. These can range from rebates on certain services or extra Wataco Points.

Apply for membership

Becoming a Wataco member only requires a few steps, and it is totally worth it!

You can either ask directly to one of our staff member or send this form (duly filled) to one of us:

You will then be asked to make a payment of $350, which covers the production costs of the card.
The card is then sent by mail to your address, and it usually takes one to two business day to arrive.

- Every Wataco Member has a unique member ID, that can serve as reference in case of any problem.
- It is forbidden to use someone else's card.

Faction membership

Factions can also apply for membership and get a faction Wataco Card. It basically functions the same way as a regular member card, but can be used by multiple faction members.

- Every faction member can get points for the faction.
- Authorized faction members can use our services and add the fees to the faction's billing.
- Authorized faction members can use Wataco Points from the faction's account.

The open a faction account, the fees are of $1500.
